Swansea nightlife.
. . . .
Swansea City is one cool place to party! With fourteen nightclubs
located mainly along the legendary Kingsway pleasure zone ....
hundreds
of major pubs and wine bars with many centralised around the city's
vibrant cafe quarter at Wind Street ..... and with a hundred cosmopolitan
restaurants scattered throughout the city centre, Swansea is the
confirmed fun capital of south west Wales! |
|
| But this is only the beginning. Around
the country there are copious amounts of events, clubs and nightlife
to sample and get involved in. Swansea has an exceptional scene with
The Escape club regularly serving up the best DJs on the circuit.
Mumbles nightlife. . . . .
Across the bay at Mumbles, the great "Mumbles Mile" of
bars is the essential haunt for anyone. Scattered along this coastal
stretch the Welsh and European beers flow at the same pubs once
frequented by local poet Dylan Thomas.
The legendary Mumbles Mile draws people in by the busload. Get a
crowd of you together, start at the White Rose and work your way
down this stretch of pubs on the Swansea sea front to the pubs at
the end of the pier. |

Gower Life. . . . .
To mention only a few is a shame but to point you in the right direction.
If you find yourself in the Gower then don't miss the Kings Head
in
Llangennith,
a renowned
surfer's
hangout.
The Joiners Arms in Bishopston for its micro brewery
real Ale's. Fairy Hill hotel and restaurant for its fine wines and food. The
King Aurther Hotel and pub in Reynoldston on Cefn Bryn is a particular
favourite in the winter with its roaring fire. |
